What you may see in the therapy room....

Play
Play is a child's first language! Through games, toys, and creative activities, children can explore their inner world in a safe, supportive environment. In therapy, play becomes a pathway to emotional growth, improved communication, and positive behavior change.

Sand Tray
This approach offers a calm, supportive space where clients can explore their inner experiences through the use of sand and carefully chosen figurines. This creative, hands-on approach makes it easier to express thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to put into words. The process encourages reflection, insight, and emotional regulation, all within a setting that feels safe, grounded, and approachable. Sand tray can be beneficial for all ages! This is especially helpful for neurodivergent clients, such as those with ADHD, autism, or sensory differences because it provides a structured yet flexible way to communicate, process emotions, and engage without the pressure of traditional talk therapy.

Art
Express and decompress! Through drawing, painting, or other art forms, clients can explore feelings, reduce stress, and gain insight in a safe, supportive environment. No artistic skill required! It’s a powerful way to connect mind, body, and creativity on the path to personal growth.
