A Bit About Me

I am an outgoing, energetic, anime loving, volleyball enthusiast, who loves to crochet, read different genres of books, and to eat! My main goal in life was to always help people, later I found my love for psychology. So I thought why not become a counselor! As someone who received therapy since high school I know what it's like being on both sides of the couch. It can be daunting talking to a stranger, but with me I provide my authentic self every session. My life experiences allow me to connect more with my clients and establish a strong bond of trust. I too have dealt with mental health struggles, and coping with the loss of a parent. These moments in my life have been difficult but I had a strong support system which included my therapist. My goal is to be that for someone else!

As a counselor, my passion lies in working with children, teens, and young adults, guiding them through the complexities of life’s toughest moments. Whether it's coping with the loss of a parent, navigating identity struggles, managing stress, or tackling the overwhelming world of adulthood, I am here to empower you to understand and manage these challenges.

My approach is rooted in compassion, patience, and a deep respect for each client’s individuality. I believe in the power of reflection and autonomy, two critical components that allow individuals to discover their own strength. Through play therapy, I provide a non-directive space where children and teens can express themselves freely. This method allows them to explore their feelings and experiences in a safe, supportive environment, without the pressure of being told what to do or think. Instead, I work alongside them to foster self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience. I utilize many other therapeutic approaches outside of play therapy, that may be more suitable for older clients.

I understand that the journey to self-discovery and healing is not always an easy process. My goal is to help my clients navigate their unique experiences with grace and insight, enabling them to face life’s challenges with a sense of control and empowerment. Whether you're dealing with grief, struggling with self-identity, or simply trying to manage the stresses of growing up, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Together, we can explore the path forward, unlocking the tools and strategies that will help you thrive!
