I am an outgoing, energetic, anime loving, volleyball enthusiasts, who loves to crotchet, read different genres of books, and to eat! My main goal in life was to always help people, later I found my love for psychology. So I thought why not become a counselor! As someone who received therapy since high school I know what it's like being on both sides of the couch. It can be daunting talking to a stranger, but with me I provide my authentic self every session. Every session you will be met with empathy, open-mindedness, maybe a few jokes, and a genuine person.

As a counselor, I love working with children, but have experience working with all ages and marginalized groups! I utilize client centered approaches to empower clients, and help boost confidence. My life experiences allow me to connect more with my clients and establish a strong bond of trust.
